Stevens Jewelers ships across the United States and receives pieces from around the world, using USPS Registered Mail, FedEx and Malca-Amit. When sending a piece to us, please choose one of these carriers and insure it for its full value. From outside the U.S., please contact us before shipping, so we can help with the paperwork.

In order for us to keep track of the owner of each piece, the items included and the reason you are sending us the item, please complete the following form. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with the information to print and include in your package.
